Life by Design

Life by Design is my specialty program where my clients get ongoing coaching support. Drawing from all of my tools, we begin by setting goals, diving deep into where you are in your life right now, and creating a map to get you from where you are now, to where you want to be.

Level One: This is a month-long intensive program and designed for support and planning to accomplish short term goals. Included in this package are 4 weekly calls and email/text support as you navigate the most pressing challenge you are currently facing. $500

Level Two: This program lasts for 3 months. It is designed to help you to make concrete changes in one of the main sectors of life: Health, Work, Relationships, Spiritual Connection. This program includes 6 bi-weekly calls and email/text support. $750

Level Three: This is a 6-month program where we will be exploring the Four Goals of Life: Dharma, Artha, Kama, and Moksha. You can learn more about this work by checking out my book here.
